Returns & Exchanges

At Mind Lab Pro®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
